As part of the university's commitment to enhancing financial stewardship and accountability, all financial managers of funds in UniFi (excluding professional development funds such as APEFs) must complete an annual Statement of Financial Accountability. This statement was originally introduced for the year-ended April 30, 2012. By completing this electronic form, you signify your review of the financial information in funds you are responsible for. This statement is required by our external auditors as evidence of the financial management practices that are in place across campus.
This form must be completed by June 6, 2014 in order to ensure that the university's annual audit is not delayed.
