How does all this Tri-Agency stuff affect my job?

If you or someone you know provides research related administrative support or are research technical staff involved in placing orders or buying goods for research projects, then the session described below is for you!  I need your assistance in spreading the word about this opens session as this message has been sent to the About-US user group.  So please forward this message to others that you believe may be interest in this topic. 

Your feedback and input regarding the processes mentioned below is important to us in the central service units.  We need to hear from you so that we can enhance our process in order to provide you with better service in administering research grants.

Session title:    How does all this Tri-Agency stuff affect my job?

Where: Neatby-Timlin Theatre (Arts 241)
Time: 2:00 to 3:00 pm

Purposes:

  1. To discuss the Tri-Agency requirements that you may have been hearing about lately
  2. To answer questions or concerns regarding payroll and procuring goods and services for Tri-Agency research projects

Who is putting this on?

John Cornwell, Financial Compliance Officer with Financial Services will lead the session and will be joined by representatives from Financial Services who will be in attendance to field your questions.
