Transition of UniFi Support to the ICT Service Desk

Effective June 1, 2015 UniFi Training and Support will transition to Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Service Desk as part of the continuing effort to improve customer service for UniFi Users. This will result in enhanced phone and email coverage for support requests and provide customers with a one-stop shop for all of their system requests.
