CAG Annual General Meeting 2007 - Abstracts Abstract submission instructions:The deadline for Abstract submission is March 16, 2007. Paper and poster Abstracts can be submitted using the on-line abstract submission form by following the link below. Please review your information carefully. Abstracts will not be edited. Authors are responsible for spelling, grammatical and typographical errors. You will receive a confirmation email once your Abstract has been received, and you may use the on-line system to edit your personal information or abstract submission up to the Abstract closing date. The organizing committee requests that Abstracts be limited to 200 words with up to five key words. We also would prefer that individuals limit themselves to a maximum of two paper and/or poster presentations for which they are the presenting author. The allotted time planned for each paper presentation is 20 minutes, including discussion and questions. Digital projectors will be available as standard equipment. Instructions for Special Session organizers:The deadline for organizing Special Sessions is December 15, 2006. If you are interested in organizing a Special Session you should inform the conference’s Special Sessions coordinators (Bram Noble or Bill Archibold) of your intention prior to December 15, 2006. All Abstracts for Special Sessions must be submitted by the Special Session organizer and are due by the regular Abstract submission deadline of March 16, 2007. Abstracts must be submitted one at a time using the Abstract link below. For each submission, select “other” for the Abstract theme in the pull-down menu on the Abstract submission form. In the text box that follows indicate “special session” and the Special Session title. For example, a special session on the geography of energy would be entered as “Special Session – geography of energy”.If you have any questions concerning the Abstract and Special Session submission process or the electronic Abstract submission form, please contact b.noble@usask.ca or w.archibold@usask.ca.
