Agreement Protocol LOI / MOU
International collaborative activities are often done under the umbrella of a linking agreement which is signed by the collaborating parties. These agreements signal a mutual will by the parties involved to work together, and help structure the activities by outlining each party’s responsibilities. Bilateral funding opportunities often require agreements to be in place as do some institutions before they proceed with collaborative activities.
The Office of Global Relations must be contacted if the development of an agreement is being considered. We can assist with the drafting, vetting and signing of the agreement. Please note University of Saskatchewan’s official copy of all international agreements is to be stored in The Office of Global Relations. Partner institutions’ templates can be used; a review and due diligence process would still need to be undertaken.
