Wallace Wins Hong Kong Trip
Saskatoon's Agnes Wallace is on her way to Hong Kong courtesy Northwest Airlines, Sinfonia Travel and the U of S MBA Alumni Association.
The MBA grads joined forces with the Hong Kong Canada Business Association (Saskatchewan Branch) for an evening of fun and horse races beamed live via satellite from Hong Kong. Dinner and a bit of wagering were the centrepieces for the evening at Marquis Downs, the racetrack at Saskatoon's Prairieland Exhibition. According to Prairieland officials, the MBA and HKCBA bunch had Hong Kong's number that night, raking in more money than they wagered in the cross-Canada parimutuel pool.
