Campus Entrepreneurs, hosted by USSU and GSA, is an event, which provides a platform for entrepreneurial students from various disciplines to connect with each other, facilitating the initial team-building process. Whether you're a co-founder with a technical background looking to find a business partner with a commercial awareness, or you already are a team looking to hire your first finance specialist, you just need the opportunity to meet likeminded co-founders/new team members in a fun and inspiring environment.

The top 10 business ideas shortlisted from a total of 25 registered will get an opportunity to pitch to the audience. Interested candidates will submit their name through a sign-up sheet for each particular idea. Entrepreneurs will meet all candidates and choose the right team member for their venture.

Each partnership team formed will be assigned to a mentor from Saskatoon’s business community as well as a faculty advisor who are available to assiste the team with valuable resources for up to a year.

Throughout the university year, teams will have opportunities to join university initiatives and programs like an entrepreneurial bootcamp, business plan competition and possibly receive funding to support the creation of a product prototype.

Campus entrepreneurs and accompanying programs and initiatives are supported by Innovation Enterprise.
