The Pre-Health Professions Club is a club that engages high school students in a career development continuum to explore health care professions in medicine, nursing and pharmacy. It is a partnership that involves a community of post-secondary institutions working together with provincial school divisions, First Nations band schools, regional health authorities, communities, and independent practicing professionals to provide career development experiences for secondary level students.
The Pre-Health Professions Club is committed to supporting high school student transition into health care professions. The PHP Club supports initiatives that address needs of Aboriginal, urban and rural underserved areas.
