• Dr Lingyun Wu, Department of Pharmacology, University of Saskatchewan, a mentor of the GREAT program, has received a Distinguished Researcher Award at the University of Saskatchewan Fall Convocation in October 2005.
Dr Wu also received the following awards:
The 2005 - Woman of Distinction Award from Saskatoon YWCA
The Merck-Frosst Junior Scientist Award from the Pharmacological Society of Canada
Alumni Award of Excellence from University of Alberta Alumni Association.
• Dr J. Robert McNeill, Department of Phamacology, Univ. of Saskatchewanone, a mentor of the GREAT program, received the Distinguished Teaching Award - College of Medicine Recognition for Teaching Excellence in Cardiovascular Pharmacology (July 2005).
