While hosting your event, the University of Saskatchewan becomes a home away from home to all of your guests.

We offer all the necessities of a little community; we are friendly, efficient and provide a secure site for your prestigious event. So many of our guests appreciate the increased networking opportunities experienced by having their event on a campus. The campus is not only noted for its relaxed and peaceful setting with beautiful architecture and luscious landscape, we also offer more meeting space than any hotel could hope to produce. Conference planners are now taking notice that a campus setting is not only an economical choice, it is also a wise choice in terms of time management. A campus setting includes an extensive portfolio of services.

Voyageur Place

Located in the heart of the University of Saskatchewan Campus Voyageur Place consists of four Residence Halls: Athabasca Hall, and Saskatchewan Hall, Qu'Appelle Hall and Qu'Appelle Hall Addition. All bedrooms and lounges, are carpeted. Wheelchair accessible rooms are available. Animals or pets of any kind are not allowed.

At Voyageur Place, you will enjoy the comfort of a furnished room with a single size bed, desk, chair, study lamp, clothes closet, and chest of drawers. We supply bedding, linen, towels, and soap.  Common bathrooms are located on each floor of the residences. Wireless internet is available in the lounge spaces.  You can wash and dry your clothes in the coin-operated laundry rooms in the basements of Athabasca, Saskatchewan, and Qu’Appelle Halls. A change Machine for laundry is located in Saskatchewan Hall near the Residence Office.
