Refund Policies:  

I wish to cancel my reservation:

Notice Condition Charges includes GST
Greater than 4 working days notice.  Working days = Monday – Friday 8:30am -4:30pm. Notification of your reservation cancellation must be sent in writing to: hospitality@usask.ca $7.90  admin fee
(covers banking processing charges )
Less than 4 working days notice Notification of your reservation cancellation must be sent in writing to: hospitality@usask.ca $7.90 admin fee PLUS one  night’s stay and one breakfast.
* failure to notify will result in non-refundable charges

I wish to change my reservation:

Notice Condition Charges
Greater than 4 working days notice.  Working days = Monday – Friday
8:30am -4:30pm.
Notification of your reservation change must be sent in writing to: hospitality@usask.ca No extra charges will apply
Less than 4 working days notice Please call Hospitality Services at 306.966.8600
** this is important as Hospitality Services hours of operation are set based on arrival information and quantity of  reservations per day.
Charged for stay PLUS one additional  night’s stay  and one additional breakfast .

Late Arrivals:

Notice Condition Charges
Failure to notify Hospitality Services Checking in one or more days later than indicated non refundable
Provided  less than 48 hours notice to Hospitality Services Checking in one or more days later than indicated non refundable
Provided less than 48  hours notice to Hospitality Services during regular office hours ( Monday – Friday  8:30am - 4:30pm) Checking in one or more days later than indicated Charged for stay PLUS one additional night’s stay and additional breakfast .

Early Departures:

Notice Condition Charges
Failure to notify Hospitality Services Checking out one or more days earlier than indicated. Bed Nights and meals will not be refunded
Provided  less than 48 hours notice to Hospitality Services Checking out one or more days earlier than indicated Bed Nights and meals will not be refunded
Provided minimum of 48 hours notice to Hospitality Services during regular office hours ( Monday – Friday  8:30am - 4:30pm) Checking out one or more days earlier than indicated Bed Nights and meals WILL be refunded

** missed meals are non refundable
(Includes missed meals due to early departure or late arrivals.)
