Picking up your room key:
Room keys are available at 128
Saskatchewan Hall at the Residence Office wicket. Saskatchewan Hall is accessible from 7:00 am to midnight daily. Office hours fluctuate based on group bookings.
Regular summer office hours are:
Monday -Friday – 8:30am – 8:00pm
Weekends – 10:00am-6:00pm

Arriving outside of office hours:
In the event that your arrival time in outside of our hours of operation, key pick up information will be posted. A guest service attendant (GSA) will be on call when our office is closed. The GSA’s phone number will be posted on our wicket.
To check out, please drop your key at the Residence Office wicket. In the event that our office is closed please drop your key in our key return slot.
There is a complimentary phone near the Residence office, with a list of taxi numbers posted. The best place to have your taxi pick your up is from out loading dock area.
Information to make your stay more comfortable:
Telephones
Telephones in the rooms are hooked up only from September to April. Pay phones are located in hallways on the ground floor. Pay phones accept coins, calling cards, and credit cards.
Messages
You may leave the Hospitality Services Office phone number (306-966-1696) with your family for emergency messages. Messages are not delivered to your room, but rather are posted on the message board outside the Hospitality Services Office. Our office is equipped with voicemail, and messages are checked regularly.
Wireless Access
Wireless Internet Access is available in some of the common areas.
Items to Bring
Alarm clock, fan, hair dryer, shampoo, laundry detergent.
Rooms Include
Bed, desk, desk light, closet, mirror, window, towels, bed linen, and hand soap.
Washrooms
Washrooms are shared and are not attached to your room. Showers, toilets, and bathtubs are enclosed individually in each washroom. The ratio of washrooms to people is approximately 1:8.
Laundry
Our residences are equipped with coin operated washer and dryers. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the University Residences.
Smoking
The University of Saskatchewan is a smoke-free campus.
Fitness Facilities
Our residences are conveniently located next to the Physical Activity Centre and within walking distance of the Saskatoon Field House and the scenic Meeswasin Trails.
