Barb Daigle was appointed to the position of Associate Vice-President Human Resources at the University of Saskatchewan in 2002. Since joining the U of S she has led the Human Resources Division through a significant transformation to better meet the needs of the changing University. Barb has an extensive background in human resource leadership and change initiatives. She is known for her strategic leadership - leading organizational change initiatives to promote productive, healthy and effective organizations, and raising the performance levels of Human Resources professionals. Barb left a busy consulting practice in Alberta to return to the post-secondary field and the challenges of the AVP-HR position at the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to that she was the Director of Organization Services in Human Resources at the University of Calgary where she won regional and national awards for her change initiatives. Her career spans education, health-care, retail and the aviation industry. |

Rebecca Macaulay is a Human Resource Consultant with the University of Saskatchewan. She has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resource field, College instruction and consulting within Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan. She has created competency models and successfully integrated those into selection processes, performance management and succession planning. She is passionate about leadership, coaching and equipping people to be effective thereby building organizational capacity. |
