Leading Change from the Middle
Change may have become hackneyed as a cliché but it remains all too real for today’s organizations. When it comes to change the ‘leaders in the middle’ - managers, directors and AVPs , team leaders and innovators - play a pivotal role. What is the unique contribution of mid-level leaders in organizational change? What is their role, and what are the obstacles? This session offers a fresh and stimulating perspective on ‘managing change’ and the role of mid-level leaders in doing so.
