The Circle of Life

John Watkis, also known as the "Eddie Murphy of Corporate Customer Service", is an international speaker who has given presentions to audiences throughout the United States, Canada, England, Wales, Australia, and Cyprus.  He is the author of "Don't Bite the Hand that Feeds You - How to avoid mistakes that cost you customers and credibility", and was the first black male to achieve professional member status in the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
