
“In Scope” refers to Administrative Staff who are members of the Administrative and Supervisory Personnel Association (ASPA) bargaining unit. If the “Limited Term” Administrative Staff member has an appointment of one year or greater and is employed half-time or more they are eligible to participate in the University benefit plans for that bargaining unit based on their length of appointment as outlined in the plan summaries.
