“Out of Scope” refers to an employee who is not a member of the University of Saskatchewan Faculty Association (USFA) bargaining unit. If the “Limited Term” employee has an appointment of four months or greater and is employed half-time or more they are eligible to participate in various benefit plans based on their length of appointment.
