
“In Scope” refers to Support Staff who are members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1975 (CUPE) bargaining unit. If the Support Staff member has an appointment of half-time or greater they are eligible to participate in the University benefit plans for that bargaining unit as outlined in the plan summaries.
