2012 Employment Bulletin Deadlines

The employment opportunities are updated on the web by noon each Wednesday. The paper bulletin is sent out in the Wednesday afternoon mail.

The standard posting period runs from Wednesday to the end of Tuesday.

Most positions must be posted for a minimum of one week. Contact the posting coordinator for information on exceptions. ASPA, research or faculty positions may be posted for multiple weeks.

New positions (positions that have no previous incumbent or that have never been posted), require extra time for the position to go through the new positions process - this may take up to an extra week as the appropriate family/phase and union jurisdiction are determined.

Fully completed posting templates MUST be received by the Thursday noon deadline in order to meet internal and external timelines for editing, formatting, printing, and advertising.

Send your fully completed posting template via e-mail to hrd_job_postings@usask.ca. Postings sent in hard copy will not be accepted.
