• Amalgamated Offer Letter and Form - For Appointments
  Effective September 2007 the Sessional Letter of Offer and HR/Payroll forms have been amalgamated to streamline the process. The letter/form is available as a merge document and data file for completing several letter/forms at once, or as a standalone word template. The appointment letters/forms as well as the change forms can be accessed on the Monthly Payments Job Information Forms page. For cancellations use the separations JIF accessible on the Separations Job Information Form page.
