Recruitment is a decentralized function at the University of Saskatchewan. It is ultimately the decision of the hiring department to determine and recommend who is selected for vacancies. Human Resources also plays a key role in the process, as a partner, assisting and facilitating the hiring process.
Human Resources Division
Recruitment at the University of Saskatchewan, a large and complex organization with five bargaining units, students, research and other personnel on campus, is both important and challenging. Human Resources strives to assist you with your recruitment needs.
The Operational Services Team within Human Resources provides the recruitment and employment function. The Recruitment and Employment team serve a major role in the recruitment process, providing recruitment, interviewing, compensation, and appointment assistance to all levels in the University involved in the recruitment and hiring for both academic and non-academic positions. The team can provide professional assistance to departments and units in their search for appropriate staff to fill vacancies and to facilitate the advertising function.
In addition, Human Resources Consultants can provide the strategic planning assistance you may require to determine and meet your staffing needs.
