Managers' Skill Development Series 2011 Animated "New" icon


The Managers’ Skill Development Series provides an opportunity to build your skills in the key strategic people areas of Recruit, Align, Develop, Engage and Reward. The series consists of eight unique modules designed to increase your skill and confidence in the area of people management.

The Managers’ Skill Development Series modules are participant-driven and targeted to those who have responsibility for the recruitment and retention of staff. The Managers’ Skill Development Series has been updated for 2011 – review the Schedule Overview and register today.

The Managers’ Skill Development Series complements the Managers’ Leadership Series for university managers. The Managers’ Leadership Series provides an opportunity to explore university strategies, further develop your own leadership skills and align with the goals and strategic directions of the institution.

Each session will facilitate learning in the university context with opportunities for group dialogue and discussion to ensure relevance for each individual manager.
