The University of Saskatchewan Human Resources along with Cormier Consulting Group Inc. is pleased to offer Enhancing your Personal Effectiveness in a Changing University.
In this two-day program you will be introduced to transformative practices that will help you explore how to bring out the best in yourself and others even in the midst of change. In order to do that, we will look at the basis of all successful organizations, teams, and people: The Transformational Pyramid. In particular we will explore the skills needed to build a strong base of integrity which frees your energy to use your creative intuition to create what you want in life.
Through practical exercises, you will learn how to shift out of non-productive states that diminish your energy and harm relationships. You will learn how to stay in integrity in your relationships regardless of the circumstances.
In this workshop, you will also be introduced to the Four Pillars of Integrity that will enable you to be successful in all parts of your life. We will explore where to look when you are not getting results you would like to get in life and work; you will then have the opportunity to look at what actions you can take to move forward with your commitments.
