Sessional Lecturers
Consistent with the provisions of Article 14, the applicant for a vacancy who possesses the right of first refusal in relation to a particular course and priority shall be offered an appointment to teach the course when it is offered on a sessional basis. A qualified applicant with priority may apply for and be assigned up to 12 credit units in the Regular Session. Such applicants are entitled to be appointed for up to 12 credit units before another applicant is appointed.
