Data

Scientific research depends very largely on the gathering and analysis of direct observations of the phenomena being studied. When the locales being investigated are remote or inaccessible, the task of obtaining and retrieving these data can be enormously expensive in time, cost and effort. CH therefore aims to make the great majority of data assembled within its research programs available for use by the wider scientific community.

The two principal research basins instrumented by CH are at Smith Creek in Saskatchewan, and Marmot Creek in Alberta. Near real-time data are available for both sites here.
