Adobe Creative Cloud Volume License

ICT has purchased a volume license for Adobe Creative Cloud on campus. This Adobe Suite offers the world’s top professional creative tools, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, DreamWeaver and more. As a result of cost restrictions, we have not been able to license all faculty and staff.

Units have been assigned a number of Creative Cloud licenses that they can allocate to faculty and staff within their department. The number of licenses assigned is based on the faculty and staff complement for the department or unit.

Each license is assigned to an individual to install on up to two unique devices for their individual use (only licensed for installation on university-owned computers and not personally owned computers or computers owned by university affiliates). Licenses cannot be shared amongst individuals. Individuals who are assigned a Creative Cloud license for use at work may purchase an education subscription for use on their personally owned machines for $9.75 annually. Licences are available to purchase through (you will be required to log in using your NSID and password).

In order to ensure compliance with the licensing terms from Adobe, this software will only be available for installation on university-owned computers using either SCCM or JAMF Management Suite (for Mac) as the method of deployment. If the software is required in areas where SCCM or JAMF cannot be used, please contact us to see if a solution is available.

If you believe you require a license for Adobe Creative Cloud on campus please contact the Adobe license allocation manager in your area to see if there is a license that can be assigned to you. If you do not know who the manager for your area is, please contact the ICT Service Desk or check the Adobe license Manager list at

If the software has not yet been installed on your computer and you would like to install it yourself, please refer to the following installation guides:
