ICT Help Desk

The Help Desk is here to assist and support you with your IT services. There are a number of ways to have your IT issue addressed.

Telephone Support

To speak to someone on the phone call the following numbers during the allocated times.

Hours for September 1 - April 30 Hours for May 1 - August 31
Monday–Thursday: 8am to 11 pm
Friday: 8 am to 8 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday: 12 pm to 11 pm
Monday–Thursday:  8:00 am to 10 pm
Friday: 8 am to 8 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 5 pm
Sunday: 12 pm to 8 pm

To address the help desk via email, send a message to: help.desk@usask.ca

Submit a Request

If you have a specific issue that needs to be addressed, log a request with ICT using trackit.usask.ca and your issue will be addressed. You’ll also be able to track all of your previous requests with ICT. 

In-person Support

To speak to someone about a particular issue, visit the help desk in the following locations:

  • Room 70 Arts Building (Arts 70), Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

  • 1st floor of Murray Learning Commons – Murray Library:

    Hours for September 1 - April 30 Hours for May 1 - August 31
    Monday–Thursday:  8 am to 11 pm
    Friday: 8 am to 8 pm
    Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm
    Sunday: 12 pm to 11 pm
    Monday–Friday:  8 am to 6 pm
    Saturday & Sunday: 12 pm to 5 pm


  • First floor of the Health Sciences Learning Commons in the Leslie & Irene Dubé Health Sciences Library, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Click-to-Chat Support

IT support analysts are available online Monday-Friday: 8 am to 5 pm.

   

NOTE: NSID password reset requests will not be done via Click-to-Chat. To reset your NSID password, please use the NSID password self-recovery by clicking the Forgot your password button on the PAWS login page.
