Equipment Booking Form

For Equipment Bookings, please log into the "Help and Services Customer Portal" with your NSID and password and submit the Classroom Training and Equipment Booking Request Form.

NOTE: If you do not have an NSID, you will need to request Equipment Bookings by emailing

Use of equipment pool is prioritized for teaching and learning usage. Other requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Equipment must be booked two business days (48 hours) before it is needed.
  • Equipment bookings for classes that span term 1 and term 2 need to be made at the beginning of each term.
