Exam & Evaluation Scanning (OMR)

Our Exam and Evaluation Scanning service uses Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) so your exams and course evaluations can be processed electronically. You can use it for multiple-choice exams, teaching evaluations, surveys, research data collection and more.

Getting Started

With Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) technology, you can ask people to respond to questions by filling in circles or “bubbles” on specially designed OMR response forms.

You can then get your response forms processed electronically -- usually within 24-48 hours -- with OMR scanning used to detect the presence or absence of marked circles.

You can use OMR forms for many purposes including: exams, tests, surveys, research studies, student teaching evaluations, assessments, patient histories and more.
