PAWS Bulletin Board

The Bulletin Board is where nice to know information about university-related events and opportunities is posted.

Access PAWS Bulletin

  1. 1. Log in to PAWS.
    Click on the “Bulletins” link from the top of my main PAWS feed, alongside “All messages,” “Announcements” and “News.”

Choosing Bulletin Categories

You can choose your areas of interest and opt in to view particular bulletins.

  1. Log in to PAWS.
  2. Click the gear icon next to “All Messages”.
  3. Using the drop-down list, select and de-select bulletin categories by clicking on the category.
  4. Select the Save button to ensure your preferences are saved.

Post a Bulletin

  1. Log in to PAWS.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to “All Messages”.

  3. Select the Post a bulletin option from the drop-down list.
  4. A new window will open. Once you have read and agreed to the Bulletin Board Terms of Service, you will be taken to the Bulletin Board posting service.
  5. Select the Create New Bulletin button.
  6. Fill out the bulletin form with your information.

  7. Refer to the instructions PDF on the left side bar for instructions on creating a bulletin.
  8. Once you are finished creating your bulletin, select the Preview button.
  9. Here you can see what your bulletin will look like and proof it further.
  10. If you are satisfied, select the Create Bulletin button.
  11. If your bulletin needs further edits, select the Go Back and Make Changes button.

  12. When you submit the bulletin it will be reviewed by a PAWS administrator.
  13. When permission has been granted from a PAWS administrator your bulletin will be posted.
