Business Card Ordering Instructions


Follow the step-by-step ordering instructions to place your order for business cards. Please have a CFOPAL ready to complete the order. If you have any questions or need assistance completing your order contact 306-966-2014 or ict_acq@usask.ca.

Select a business card

Select the category of product you would like to order. Click once or click on the white arrow next to the category’s name.

  • With one click on the category; a list of the different sub-categories available for the business cards will be displayed on the right side of the screen. Click on the sub-category to view the different models available. Then click on the “Personalize” button to select the letterhead you would like to order.
  • With a click on the arrow; the page will display a list of the different sub-categories available for the business cards. Click the “Select” button to select the sub-category. Then a list of the different models available for this category of business cards will be displayed. Select the model that you would like to order by clicking the "Personalize" button at the right end of the line.

The page will display the model you have chosen.

  • Write into the fields your information. Simultaneously your text will appear in the right-hand side panel. Make sure to fill out both sides if it is a double side business card. You may have the option to select an additional logo if you have selected the Dual version of the business card.
  • Verify the information and correct them if necessary.
  • Then to save your template, click the "OK" button located at the left bottom of the screen next to "Save template as" option.
  • The save page will open. Write the name of the person on the business card and click the "Save" button.
  • The personalize area will open again and you may click the "Add to shopping cart" button located at the bottom right of the page.

If you have already created and saved a template, you will be able to select it in the drop-down menu located at the top left of the application. Make sure all the information is correct and click on the “Add to cart” button located at the bottom right of the page.

  • The “Add to cart” page will open, the PDF proof will be on the left side and the “Price and quantity” options will be on the right side. You must verify the PDF and make sure all the information is accurate.
  • You may change the information of the business card by clicking the "Click here to edit template" link under the PDF proof then change the information in the PDF form and click "Save". The application will refresh the PDF proof.
  • If all the information is correct, select the quantity on the right side of the screen and click the "Add to cart" button.

Shopping cart

The business card will be added to the shopping cart and the status will display a green check mark.

  • “Save my shopping cart for my next session” option should be checked if you wish to complete your work later on. Your shopping cart information will be saved as a cookie in the browser and on the computer, you are using. Therefore, trying to access the saved shopping cart session from a different browser or computer is not possible.
  • Fill out the shipping module with the requested delivery address or select the “Pick Up option” saved address for Pick Up. You can save your address for your next order by clicking on the “Save address” button.
  • Click the “Add to cart” button to finalize the request.

Check out
  • If you have selected the “Pick Up option” in the previous page you must select “Pick Up” in the “Shipping and handling” drop-down menu. If your order must be ship to a different location, you must select the “Shipping fees $7.50”.
  • Provide the email address if the person picking up the order is different from the person placing the order. 
  • You can fill out the CFOAPAL field if need. If there is more than one CFOAPAL for the order, please write the second CFOAPAL in the “Special request(s) or comment(s)” box. You can also determine the percentage for each CFOAPAL.

  • Click the “Proceed” button again to confirm the request.
  • The application will automatically display a 4 digits’ order confirmation number.

  • Please note: your order session will remain open until all browser windows are closed.
Order history

This section gives you access your orders.

  • You can search using the “Simple search” tool by entering your order number and click on Search.
  • You can also use the “Advanced search” tool, in which you can specify the item type (category), date and status. Then click on Search.
  • The result(s) will appear under the “Advanced search” tool.
  • You can click on the order number to see the receipt. Click on the description to see the order details and visualize the PDF.
  • You can see the status of each order and identify them using the legend at the bottom of the page.

On the home page below the products categories you will find the “Order waiting for approval” section. The status of an order waiting for approval is red.
