Teleconferencing tools give you the option to connect with people on conference calls.
Getting Started
3-Way Conference Call – Analog Phone
This feature allows you to establish a conference call between yourself and two other parties.
- Call the first person with whom you wish to conference.
- Press the Link button or flash the switch hook.
- This will place the first call on hold, and you will hear a dial tone.
- Dial the second number that you want to conference with and wait for the person to answer.
- Press the Link button or flash the switch hook again; all three callers are now connected.
If you get a busy signal or a ring no-answer, flash the switch hook or press the Link button to return to the first call.
6-Way Conference Call – Cisco IP Phone
The Cisco IP phone has the capability of managing a conference call with you and up to five other parties.
- While on a call, press the More soft key.
- Press the Confrn soft key.
- Call the next person.
- Press the Confrn soft key.
- Repeat as necessary (up to five times).
