Academic Integrity for International Students
with Lisa Krol
This session will define Academic Integrity and seek to explain how Canadian culture interprets these concepts in the classroom. Strategies for note-taking, summarizing, paraphrasing, and quoting will be reviewed so that students may learn how to avoid potential problems. Tips for referencing and citation will also be included. Information and awareness are the best ways to protect your own academic integrity!
