Purpose:
To foster additional academic and scholarly collaboration. To facilitate cooperation regarding the exploration of international study abroad opportunities and internships focusing on primarily graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, faculty members, researchers, staff and administrators. The principal areas of focus for this framework relate to mental health research programming.

Description:
MOU was signed in order to facilitate collaborative graduate student research in the department of Psychology, mainly to allow for a graduate student from UofS to travel to Cambodia to conduct research.
