Purpose:
To foster additional academic and scholarly collaboration between Northwestern Polytechnical University and the UofS

Description:
Cooperation regarding graduate student opportunities, UofS / China doctoral scholar partnership program

MOU signed January 26, 2010. Main focus is graduate student exchange, but there has been interest, according to Dr. FanXiang Wu, that they are also interested in undergraduate student exchange.
September 2012, the MOU is up for revision and possible extension.
Agreed to collaborate in the UofS-China Doctoral Scholar Partnership program. Admissions and scholarships have been approved for two students to come to the UofS in the fall of 2010.
