Purpose:
To develop a cooperation between the two institutions that will contribute to cultural enrichment, scientific progress, and consolidate a friendship between the two countries. To encourage and facilitate exchange of graduate and under-graduate students.

Description:
Exchange of both graduate and undergraduate students as well as faculty and staff. The two institutions will exchange research information. Students may be exchanged for the period within one academic year. Up to 2 exchange students will be admitted to each institution per year.
