Purpose:
University wide cooperation agreement to include research, teaching, seminars, conferences, and academic programmes and meetings, the potential for student exchange and the writing of grant proposals.

Description:
An expansion of the original MOU with West Indies Trinidad to include all three campuses and countries. As there has been a lot of activity under the original MOU this has been developed in anticipation of further collaboration and possibly student exchange especially in light of the current grants available through the Canadian government.
