Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI)

The purpose of the SSI is to measure both student satisfaction and the importance of campus issues to students on a wide variety of items. The survey covers the following areas:

• Campus Support Services
• Concern for the Individual
• Financial Aid Effectiveness
• Instructional Effectiveness
• Recruitment Effectiveness
• Registration Effectiveness
• Safety and Security
• Service Excellence
• Student Centeredness

In addition, the survey looks at the University's commitment to diverse populations and factors in students' decisions to enroll. The results provide valuable information on student expectations by pinpointing an institution’s strengths and areas in need of improvement.
