IP3 is a research network devoted to an enhanced understanding of water resources in cold regions, particularly Canada's Rocky Mountains and north.

We have created brochures in English and Français as well as a 16-page Primer that describe the work of IP3.

IP3 produces a bi-monthly newsletter. The February 2010 Newsletter is currently available on-line.

Annual Reports on IP3's scientific activities, broken out by theme, are available for Year 1 (2006-2007), Year 2 (2007-2008), and Year 3 (2008-2009).
