Student Headcount and Demographics

Reports based on student headcount and demographics for all students who are considered to be registered at the University of Saskatchewan within a particular Term or Academic Year.

• Time Period
  • Fall Term: All students enrolled in at least one class during September to December, based on the Fall Census Date that occurs in October of each year.
  • Winter Term: All students enrolled in at least one class during January to April, based on the Winter Census Date that occurs in February of each year.
  • Spring/Summer: As of year-end, all students enrolled in at least one class during May to August.
  • Academic Year: As of year-end, all students enrolled in at least one class during May to April (Please note: current "Academic Year" does not include fall/winter term activity until year end data is available in July) .
