What kind of stuff?

Drop In Sessions:

Take place during the week. Hours are posted in the Learning Commons or come to room 134 in the Murray Library OR give us a call at 966-1194. Sessions are 15 minutes and you can ask us almost anything about your computer. If you are struggling to submit an assignment, we can show you how to get this done, if you need to insert a clear image into PowerPoint or Word, we can show you how, if your essay requires APA formatting, we can help. These sessions are for instant help and are meant to give you the answers you need right now.

Workshop Sessions:

Workshops are 50 minutes in length and provide an opportunity for groups to learn a specific topic. Up to 10 students can be accommodated and we provide Mac laptops. We have various topics you have identified as needed by you. You may attend any and all of the workshops, we just ask that you sign-up to ensure we have a spot for you. This may be done by accessing the online registration found at training.usask.ca. Select the IT4U Workshops link on the left side of the page.

Contact us if you would like other topics added to our list. We have the entire Adobe Creative Suite loaded onto our laptops and have added additional media software for video presentations. Drop by and see us at Room 134 Murray.

Location

Come into the Learning Commons, first floor and head over to the ITS help desk. IT4U staff can be found in the office located in the same area.

Calendar of Events
