Educational and Research Technology Services (ERTS) provides specialized support to faculty and students in the use of IT in teaching, learning and research. They also provide training services to the campus.
ERTS helps faculty use tools to develop and deliver online courses (including Blackboard and PAWS courses), e-conferencing, online and computer-marked exams, blogs and surveys. Students are provided with a single login account, storage for personal files and data, campus-wide printing and computers that can be used by all University students.
Training Services provides instruction on various computer-related topics for the entire campus—ranging from applications to computer hardware as well as U of S specific software such as PAWS and SiRIUS. Custom training is also available.
