The Project Services Office provides a focal point for sponsors, project managers and project teams implementing IT products and tools to support the research, education or administrative functions of the University. Project Services creates consistency in project management practices, utilizing tools and methods that help interested people understand the status and progress of projects. As well, Project Services provides support to sponsors in establishing cross-project priorities and to project managers in organizing work to keep projects moving forward in the complex University environment.
