Description of the Accessibility Problem
Modern multimedia web browsers offer a rich variety of presentation
techniques including different colors and fonts for text, static or moving
graphics, sound and video, and advanced java and javascript applications.
Web Designers take advantage of these features to create very useful and
attractive web pages.
Unfortunately, many of these pages can cause problems for people with
disabilities or limited computer equipment. However, with careful web page
design techniques, web pages can be built so they are useful to everyone
without losing the advanced multimedia features.
