General Testing Principles
You should always test your web pages. The goal of testing is to identify
and fix problems that could happen for different people using your web
pages.
- Test that pages can be used with no loss of page content when accessed
using audio only, text only, with graphics but no multimedia, and with
full browser capabilities.
- Test alternative layouts for web pages that make the web site more
effective in all types of browsers. For example, would re-organizing
tables make them more readable?
- Test both individual web pages, and navigation of your overall site.
Is it easy to move around between the site's pages?
