This course assumes that you are familiar with the Hypertext Markup
Language. Specifically, we assume you know how to format character
appearance using tags like
<i>,
<b>,
and especially
<font>.
We also assume you know how to use the <body>
tag to control overall page foreground and background colours, as well as
background images on the page.
