Custom Training

Our training specialists have years of combined experience in customized training solutions. Our custom training solutions are designed to meet your specific training needs, when you need them; all are available in groups or one-on-one, in our labs or your environment. Our staff are experienced in supporting Windows and Macintosh operating systems and many software applications.

All fees associated with our solutions are designed to cover the cost of providing this service. Our rates and packages for both U of S and non-U of S clients are available below:

• On-Campus Clients: A rate of $55.00/hour will be assessed for University clients. This fee applies to instruction time, as well as time required to develop the course, and prepare course materials.
• Off-Campus Clients: Training provided to non-University off-campus clients - Please contact our office for rates and information.
• Training Facilities: If your training requirements include the use of training facilities, the Library PC Training Facility (seats 20 people) may be available at an additional cost. We no longer have a training lab (Arts 110A) for booking. We have a MacIntosh lab available at certain times for some types of training.

Custom Training Options

• Just-in-Time Training is a quick and dynamic response to a difficult situation.

• Contract Training helps you work smarter, not harder, by assessing your specific needs and building long-term or department-wide training solutions.

• At-Elbow Support is a question and answer session in front of your computer, while working through your specific difficulties.
