The ITS Help Desk provides support for a variety of IT services including, but not limited to:

• File Storage – Folder and Cabinet
• Laptops and Mobile Devices

• PAWS
• Printing
• UofS Network (Wired, Wireless, VPN)

NOTE: For Security reasons, NSID Password Reset Requests will not be done via Click-to-Chat. 
To reset your NSID password, please use the NSID password self-recovery by clicking Forgot your password on the PAWS login page. If you have not provided a mobile number, an alternate Email address or secret questions and answers, please either telephone us or visit one of our in person locations.

Students in colleges without a college IT support should contact the ITS Help Desk closest to their area:

• Health Sciences: Health Sciences Learning Commons
• College of Law: Main Library Learning Commons or Arts 70
• College of Kinesiology: For lab related assistance, students in the College of Kinesiology can go to Room 373.1. For other IT help they should go to the Main Library Learning Commons or Arts 70.
• College of Pharmacy and Nutrition: For lab related assistance, students in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition can go to the College main office. For other IT help they should go to the Main Library Learning Commons.
