ITS Help Desk Services provides the following support for Mac, Windows and Linux Laptops/notebooks:
Major software issues (operating system rebuilds, malware/virus scanning & cleanup, etc) will be referred to the fee based ITS Laptop Clinic or your college's local IT Support.
Hardware repairs will be referred to the Campus Computer Store's Tech Shop.
All work done on devices is done on a best effort bases and the ITS Help Desk assumes no responsibility for the data on the system. Please ensure you have backups of your data and applications.
