Typewriters and Fax Machines Repairs

ICT can provide repairs for IBM and Xerox typewriters. Additionally, fax machines will be provided with a best-effort repair, subject to part availability (has a minimum fee of $37.00 in shop).

Dictation Equipment Rentals

Dictation Equipment Rentals are only available to employees who can provide payment in the form of a U of S CFOPAL account number.

Fees for the rental of dictation equipment are:

• $60.00 for first month
• $40.00 for every additional month

To submit a request to rent dictation equipment, complete the Dictation Equipment Rental Request form.

Office Machine Maintenance Agreements

Annual maintenance agreements are available for typewriters once the manufacturer's warranty has expired on the product. A general check of equipment is required to confirm that it is in reasonable running condition.
